Progress and such!

Hey all;

Quick few progress updates. First up, I've decided which of the two novels(either God's Acre or Eldritch) I'm going to be doing this November for NaNoWriMo.

A lot of people who know me say that I'm a bit of a Lovecraft aficionado. As such, I'm going to...be doing God's Acre instead. I know, I know. The idea of Lovecraftian fiction is really appealing to me, to the point where I'm commissioning a story to the Cumbrian Cthulhu anthology. The real thing I want to do, though, is challenge myself as a writer. I know I could write about the unfathomable depths of the ocean to my hearts content; and probably do it lazily, too. As such, I want to do God's Acre first (which is going to be a long, long book) before moving onto Eldritch. Trust me. I'm really proud of God's Acre's ideas and themes, so I think you guys'll be pleasantly surprised. The town of Sunset, Minnesota is a really vibrant place to live, die, and then come back in.

Secondly, I'm going to be doing some more of those audio stories at some point. I really enjoyed doing it, and my next one is going to have a couple of other people doing it, hopefully. So that's cool. I'm also going to be doing some music, too, that'll be made explicitly for reading my stuff to. I have a really great drummer and Vocalist here, so we'll be doing some music for you guys to read to.

Thirdly, I'm really happy that you guys, whoever you are, are coming over and reading my stuff. I've gotten a lot of really nice compliments on my stuff, and nothing negative so far.

A final thing regarding my first novel, The Visitor: It's coming, really, really soon. It turns out the whole royalty thing for independent publishers can be a bit of a mine field, so, just hold on a little bit longer, and we'll be in Oregon in no time with Felton,  May, Chloe, and everyone else.

Thanks for being real!
